These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wesley Hollywood website located at wesleyhollywood.com (the "Site") and the related contact, tour-booking and messaging services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or submitting information through any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. 2. Tour Requests & Leasing Inquiries
Information submitted through our contact and tour-request forms (name, email, phone, preferred property and tour date) is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours and share leasing information about our Hollywood, Florida communities — Wesley at Fillmore, Wesley at Jackson and Wesley at Taylor. Submitting a request does not create a lease or reserve any residence.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, renderings, floor plans and video — is the property of Wesley Hollywood or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. Property Information Disclaimer
Pricing, availability, floor plans, renderings, amenities and specifications are subject to change without notice. Renderings are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict final finishes or the exact configuration of any residence. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to lease or sell real estate.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, mapping services or neighborhood resources) and may integrate third-party services such as messaging platforms (WhatsApp) and lead-generation platforms (Meta/Facebook). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Wesley Hollywood regarding your inquiry, tour or leasing interest. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
